3. Placing an Order

Orders may be placed through our website, contact form, email, or by phone.

To ensure availability, we recommend placing your order at least 5–7 days in advance. Larger catering events, weddings, and grazing tables should be booked several weeks ahead whenever possible.

Submitting an inquiry or quote request does not guarantee a booking until confirmation has been provided by Cured & Crafted Charcuterie.

4. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without prior notice.

Applicable taxes, delivery fees, and additional customization charges may apply depending on the size and location of your order.

5. Payment

A deposit may be required to secure your booking.

Full payment must be received before delivery or event setup unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Payments are processed securely through our approved payment providers.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Deposits are generally non-refundable.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Refund eligibility depends on the timing of the cancellation and any preparation already completed.

Customized or made-to-order products may not be eligible for refunds.

7. Delivery & Pickup

Delivery is available throughout Bowmanville, Whitby, Oshawa, Ajax, Pickering, Courtice, Clarington, and the surrounding Durham Region.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

Cured & Crafted Charcuterie is not responsible for delays caused by severe weather, traffic, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Food Allergies & Dietary Requirements

While we take care in preparing all food, our kitchen handles ingredients that may contain common allergens, including dairy, nuts, gluten, eggs, and other allergens.

Customers are responsible for informing us of any allergies or dietary restrictions when placing their order.

Although we make every effort to accommodate dietary requests, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

If substitutions are necessary, we will use products of equal or greater quality while maintaining the overall presentation and experience.
