If your location is outside our regular delivery area, please contact us. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request whenever possible.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated based on your location and the size of your order.

The applicable delivery charge will be confirmed before your order is finalized.

Delivery Schedule

Deliveries are available:

Monday – Friday
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Saturday
9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Sunday
Available for pre-booked events only.

Specific delivery times may be arranged for weddings, corporate events, and large catering orders.

Ordering in Advance

To ensure availability, we recommend placing your order:

• Charcuterie Boxes & Platters: At least 5–7 days in advance

• Large Catering Orders: 1–2 weeks in advance

• Weddings & Grazing Tables: 2–4 weeks in advance

Early booking is recommended during holidays and peak event seasons.

Delivery Process

Our team carefully prepares every order fresh on the day of your event.

Orders are securely packaged to maintain quality during transportation and delivered as close as possible to your requested delivery time.

For larger grazing tables and event installations, our team will complete the setup on-site to ensure everything is beautifully presented.

Someone Must Be Available

Please ensure someone is available to receive your order at the scheduled delivery time.

If no one is available, additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.

Product Care

To enjoy your charcuterie at its best:

• Refrigerate products immediately if they won’t be served right away.

• Consume refrigerated products within 24 hours of delivery.

• Keep grazing displays out of direct sunlight and excessive heat.

• For outdoor events, choose a shaded location whenever possible.

Delivery Delays

While we always strive to deliver on time, unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, road closures, or heavy traffic may occasionally cause delays.

If a delay occurs, we’ll contact you as soon as possible with an updated delivery time.

Event Setup

For grazing tables and larger event installations, our team will:

• Arrive prior to your event.

• Professionally style and arrange your grazing display.

• Ensure everything is beautifully presented before your guests arrive.

Setup times will be coordinated during the booking process.

Changes to Your Order

If you need to make changes to your order or delivery details, please contact us as soon as possible.

While we’ll do our best to accommodate requests, changes may not be possible for orders that are already being prepared.
